AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT:

specifications for the constructl.on of sa1d pub11c 1mprovement
and has submitted the same to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City ~;ouncl.l finds that the detailed
designs, plans, prOfiles, drawings and s~ecifications f~r said
public improvement above mentioned, are 1n accordance w1th good
engineering practice and are adeq~ate to serv~ ~he needs and
requirements of the City of Anahel.m and the c1t1zens and

lntended, and that they are adequate for the construction of
said public improvement and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
tIle City of Anaheim that the detailed designs, plans, profiles,
urawings and speclfications for said public improvement herein-
above mentioned and described, be. and the same are hereby,
dpproved and adopted as prepared by said Department of
Public ~'lorks
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said public improvement
snaIl be constructed in accordance with said detailed designs,
p;ans, profiles, drawings and specifications as prepared by said
Dec!)art~ent of Public Norks and hereby
dpprove , and such addenaa or-mQdifications thereto as may be
approved prior to the awarding of bids therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to
publish a notice according to law, inviting sealed proposals for
t:r}e furnishing of all plant, labor, services, materials and
equipment, and all utilities and transportation, including power,
fuel and water, and performing all work necessary to construct
and complete, in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accor-
dance with said detailed designs, plans, profiles, drawings and
speci f icat l,ons as prepared by said Department of Public
;;~orks . the public improvement herei~bove men-
iiOiiia and-aescrIEeQ~--and fixing the 30th day o~ Dece'ter ,
