A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C~UNCIL OF THE. CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND .CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MaYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECt1l'E. SAID EN.CROACH-
MENT PERMIT WI.TH CHARLES G. AND CYNTHIA J.
MUHLE ~
WHEREAS, Charle's G \I Muhle and Cynthi.a J. Muhle, husband
and wife, are the owners of property in the City of Anahetm over
which .the 'City owns an easement. for public uti'lity purposesi' and
WHEREAS, Charles G. and Cynthi.a J. Muhle wish to, build
a garage or structure over a portion of the said easement of the
CITY; and
WHEREAS, unless Charles G. and Cynthia J.' Muhle 'are
allowed to encroach upon the. easement 'of the City, an extreme and
undue hardship will be caused to themr and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment to build a qarage or
structure across a portion of the easement of City will'" not'
interfere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t.he .City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the te~s and conditions of a license
agreement:. be:t.ween 'the City of Anaheim and Charle"s G. and Cynthia
J. Muh1e 'dated' December 7" , 19' 71 , be, and the same' are
hereby approved. ----
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. .the Ma,yor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said license agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of December, 1971.
