A RESOLUTION OF TIlE Crry :COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDrNG RESOLUT.:ION NO.. 71R-.S25
WHICH ORDERED VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF CER-
TAIN REAL PROPERTY DE'SCR~ED THEREIN AND RE-
SERVED THEREPROM CERTAIN :EASEMENTS POR PUBLIC
UT.ILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of 'the City of Anaheim did,
by Resolution No. 71R-S25, on the 7th day of Decembe:r, 1971,
order the. vacation and abandonment :of that portion of certain
real 'property described therein, reserving therefrom certain
easements for public utility purpose's; and
WHEREAS, after passage of said Resolution No. 71R-525,
certai.n questi'ons arose concerning the title 'of said property J
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the. City of
Anaheim that said Resolu~ion No. 71R-S25 be 'rescinded and action
delayed on thi.s. matte'r until further information is obtained
concerning the title of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-525, which ordered
the vacation and abandonment of certain real property described
therein and rese'rved therefrom certain easements for public
utility purpose's, be and it hereby i.s rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RE.SOLVED that action on..' said vacation
and abandonment be delayed until further information concerning
the title to said property is obtained.
THE POREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of December, 1971.
