A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CQUNC.:rL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHELM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
SNOW HOUSE MOVERS TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE
FROM 13413 BEHRENS AVENUE,. NORwnLK, CALIFORNIA,
TO 3427 BRADY STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, SNOW HOUSE MOVERS having filed a written
application for a house moving pe~it to move a dwelling house
from 13413 Behrens Avenue, Norwalk, California, to 3427 Brady
Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on 'the 7th day of December, 19.71, at the hour of l: 30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail 'to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the .property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
availab~e tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving p~it, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said pe~it should be granted, subject to the payment
of the appropriate parks and recreation fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe.im that the application of SNOW HOUSE MOVERS
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 13413
Behrens Avenue, Norwalk, California, to. 3427 Brady Str.eet,
Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby grant.ed subject
to the condition hereinbefore set forth, and subject further to
compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outside the City of Anaheim onto a 101: within the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RE.SOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of December, 1971.
