A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN.ClL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A LEASE, LEASING THOSE CERTAIN
PREMISES DESCRIBED AS 114-116 NORTH CLm~NTINE
STREET TO GEORGE W. TALLY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of those
certain premises described as 114-116 North Clementine Street,
in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said premises are not presently needed by
the City for municipal purposes; and
WHREAS, GEORGE W. TALLY is desirous of leasing said
premises at a rental of $150.00 per month, upon the terms and
conditions and for the term set forth in a form of lease thi.s
day submitted to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and
conditions of said lease are satisfactory and that it would be
in the best interest of the Ci.ty to lease said property to said
George W. Tally upon the terms and conditions, and for the
term and rental set forth in said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the lease this day submitted to the
City Council, providing for the leasing by the City of those
certain premises located at 114-116 North Clementine Street, in
the City of Anaheim, to George W. Tally, for rental of $150.00
per month, upon the terms and conditions and for the period set
forth in said lease be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said lease for and
on behalf of the Cit:y of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
