A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE .CrTY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZ ING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CERTAIN AGREEMENT.S .
WITH THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ED.I.SON .COMPANY
(Condemnation No. 6 - north side of Ball Road,
west of South .Street).
WHEREAS, the. City of Anaheim has heretofore filed
an action in eminent domain, being Orange County Superior Court
Case No. 176388, to condemn certain facilities of the Southern
California Edison Company (Condemnation No. 6 - north. side of
Ball Road, west of South Street); and
WHEREAS, in connec1:ion i:herewi th, it is neces.sary to
enter into two agreements with the Southern California Edison
Company concerning inventory adjustments and sales .tax; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that .it is in the
best interests of the City to enter into such agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be., and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim those certain agreements with the Southern
California Edison Company relating to inventory adjustments and
sales tax in connection with the eminent domain action herein-
before referred to.
