A RESOLUT.ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLtJT.ION NO. 7lR-,53 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 70-71-25.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 9th day of February, 19'71, adopt
Resolution No. 7lR-53 in Reclassification proceedinqs No. 70-71-25
finding and dete~ining that the property and area' therein des-
cribed be excluded from Oranqe County A-I, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT,
and incorporated in the City of Anaheim, R-2-S00Q ONE FAMILY ZONE,
subject to certain conditions described therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds thAt since Resolution
No. 71R-53 was adopted, it would be, appropriate. and in the best
interests 'of the City to amend said Resolution by deleting there-
from all reference to Condition No. S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by' 'the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 71R-S3 'be, and the. same
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 5 thereof.
BE. XT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 7lR-53 be and remain in full force and effect.
