RESOLUTION NO. 71R-504
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 71R-52 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEE.DINGS NO. 69-70-25.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit.y of Anaheim did,
heretofore, to wit, on the 9th day of February, 1971, adopt
Resolution No. 7lR-52 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
69-70-25 finding and dete~ining that the property and area
therein described be excluded from Orange County A-l, AGRI-
CULTURAL DISTRICT, and incorporated in the City of Anaheim
R-2-S,OOO, ONE-FAMILY ZONE, subject to certain conditions
described therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that since Resolution
No. 7la-52 was adopted, it would be appropriate and in the best
interests of the City to amend said Resolut.ion by deleting
therefrom all reference to Condition No.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-52 be, and the
same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 5
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 71R-52 be and remain in full' force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and s~gned by
