A RES.OLU'l':I.ON OP THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANABE.IM ORDERING THE VAJCATIDN AND ABANDON~
MENT OP THAT PORTJ:ON OJ' CEmTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DESCRXBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahe1In did
on the 19th day of Oct.ober, 1971, decl.are by Reso"lu't.:1on No.
71R-468 its intention to vacate and .abandon that portion of
certain real property described herei~and did se~ the 9th day
of Noveaber, 1971, for a pub1.ic hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on sa'id 9th day oif November, 1971, at 1: 30
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of ~e
City of Anaheim, said public hearing was held: and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds .from the evidence
submitted at said public hearing that :s~id portion of real
property des.cribed herein and in said Reso.lution .ot :tntent:i'on
is unnecessary for present or prospective roadway and alley
purposes ..
NOW, TBEREPOaE, BE. IT RESOLVED by 'the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were qiven and pub1ica-
tions made as required by law.
2. That that portion of real property toward which 'a
request for vacation and abandonment W!lS directed
is not necessary for present or prospective "roadway
and alley purposes and does hereby order that 'said
portion, as herein set fort.h, be and it is "he.reby
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use'.
3. That said portion of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is
more particularly described as 'follows,. to n.t:
That certain alley located in the City of Anaheim,
CoUnty of Orange, State of California, to. be 'abandoned,
described as follows:
