RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS
TO FILE A WRITl'EN ARGUMENT FOR A
CITY MEASURE
WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City of
Anaheim on January 18, 1972, at which there will be submitted
to the qualified electors of said City the following City
measure:
ELECTRIC REVENUE BOND PROPOSITION: Shall
the City of Anaheim issue electric revenue bonds
in the principal sum of $8,000,000 for the
acquisition, construction and financing of addi-
tions, enlargements and improvements of the
electric system of said City, including all engi-
neering, financing and legal fees, costs of the
issuance of said revenue bonds, bond reserve funds
and other costs, incidental to or connected with
such acquisition, construction and financing?
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER 8S follows:
SECTION 1. That this City Council, being the legislative
body of said City, hereby authorizes
Jack C. Dutton
Mark A. Stephenson
Calvin L. Pebley
w. J. (Bill) Thom
Don R. Roth

being all of the members of said body, to file 8 written argu-
ment for the City measure set forth in the recitals hereof in
accordance with Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 4 of the Elections

Code of the State of California and to change said argument
until and including the date fixed by the City Clerk after
which no arguments for or against said City measure may be
submitted to said City Clerk.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of November,
1971.
