A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AN~IEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO CHARLES i..!. BOLANDER TO MOVE A
D'WELLING HOUSE AND DETACHED GARAGE FROM
522.2 WEST 124TH PLACE, HAtlTHORNE, CALIFORNIA,
TO 609 NORTH EAST STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIF-
ORNIA.
WHEREAS, CHAP-LES Di. BOLANDER, having filed a
written application for a house moving permit to move a
dwelling house and detached garage from 5222 West l24th Place,
Hawthorne, California, to 609 North East Street, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS I said application having been set for .
public hearing on the 26th day of October, 1971, at the hour
of 1:30 o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed
for said public hearing having been 9iven by mail to all
persons residing within a radius of three hundred feet from
the property upon which it is proposed to move said house and
garage, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment rollt and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all the evidence and reports submitted in connection
therewith, does find that said pe~it should be granted, subject
to the followinq conditions:
That the proposed move-ons be approved subject to the
approval and completion of conditions of Variance 'No.
2294 and payment of a $200.00 per unit park and
recreation fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that the application of Charles M. Bolander
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house and detached
garage from 5222 West 124th Place, Hawthorne, California, to
609 North East street, Anaheim, California, be and the same is
hereby granted subject to the conditions hereinbefore se~ forth,
and subject further to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside the city of
Anaheim onto a lot within the city of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of October, 1971.
