RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 470
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN
UTILITES AGREEMENT NO, 7Ut-4325 WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA (ON ROUTE 57 FREEWAY, 07-0ra-57
12.6/15.6, BETWEEN KATELLA AVENUE AND ROUTE
91).
WHEREAS, the State of California has submitted
Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-4325 in connection with relocation
of City of Anaheim electrical facilities necessitated by con-
struction on the Route 57 Freeway, 07-0ra-57 12.6/15.6,
between Katel1a Avenue and Route 91; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement. ha.s been reviewed by the Cit.y
Departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in
all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of" the City of Anaheim to enter into said
utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-4325 with the State of California~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim said Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut.-4325
between the City of Anaheim and the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of October , 19 71 .
