WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ana)leilll has
elected. to. proceed under the provis~ons of the ~Street Vacation
Act' of 1941 "in connection with .a request 'for vacation and aban-
donment of certain real property herein'after describe'.d.
NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED by the .City Council of
the City of Anaheim that .it hereby. declares its "intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use' portions 'of roadways,
alleys and easements as they may relate to the. '.following' described
property: .
That certain alley lo'cated in the City of' Anaheim,' County
