RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-451
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE. CITY
OF ANAHE:rM TERMINATING ALL, PROCEED:INGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDrTIONAl. US.E PERMITS NOS.
1046 AND 10.49, AND DECLARING USOLUTION NOS.
68R-563 AND 68R-566 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, heretofore, to wit
on the 17th day of September, 1968, :adopt Res.ol1i:tion No.
6aR-563 qranting Conditional Use Pe~it No. 1046, permitting
the replacement of an existing billboard with a waiver of the
maximum display area on the property therein described, subject
to a condition set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, heretofore, to wi.t .on
~e 17th day of September, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R-566
granting Conditi.onal Use Permit No. 1049, permitting the replace-
ment of an existing billboard with waivers .of the maximum dis-
play area and maximum structural heiqht on the property therein
described, subject to a condition se~ forth in said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department ha.s
recommended to the City Council that Conditional Use Pe~it
No. 1046. be terminated in that the billboard bas been removed;
and
WHEREAS, the Development Services .Department .ha,.s
rec.ommended to ~e City Council that Conditional Use .Permit
No. 1049 be terminated, due to the .fact that .the billbOard was
never constructedi and
WHEREAS, after a careful consideration of ehe afore-
said recommendations of the Development Services Department,
the. City Council finds that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Pe~its Nos. 1046 and 1049 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 1046 and Conditional Use Permit No.
104.9 be, and the same are hereby terminated; and that .Resolution
Nos. 68a-563 and 68R-566 be, and the same are hereby declared
null and void from and after this date.
