RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 446
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM
DEED IN FAVOR OF AMERICAN t-fOBILEHOME
CORPORAT"ION.
WHEREAS, heretofore, in connection with the realignment
of La Palma Avenue easterly of Imperial Highway," certain property
was acquired from American Mobilehome Corporation which, through
inadvertance and clerical error, was. not required in connection
with said realignment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it does not require
or have any need for the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOlLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed in favor of
American Mobi1ehome Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, covering
the following described property: "
The real property in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, de,sc"ribed as a portion
of a road and pUblic utility easement being a portion
of Allotments in Decree of Partition of the Rancho
Canon de Santa Ana, in the County of Orange, State
of California, rendered in Case No. 1978 of the 17th
Judicial District Court of California, a certified copy
of which was recorded February 8, 1874 in Book 28,
page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of the easterly
extension of La Palma Avenue and Imperial Highway, as
set forth in Deed No. 249, recorded October 2, 1967 in
Book 8390, page 488, Official Records; thence S 860 31-
03" E. 104.26 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
southerly and having a radius of 1,400 feet, a radial
line bearing N 30 28' 57" E passes through the point
of beginning of said curve; thence Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 190 IS' 43" an arc
distance of 471.88 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave northerly and having a radius of 1,400
feet, a radial line bearing S 220 47' 40'. W passes through
the point of beginning of said curve; thence Easter1y
along said curve through a central angle" of 200 51' 3911
an arc distance of 509.73 feet: thence S 10 56' 01" W,
45 feet to the beginning of a curve concave northerly
and having a radius of 1,245 feet, a radial line bearing
S 10 56' 01" W passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 190 56' 5411 an arc distance of 433.46
feet; thence N 710 59' 07" E, 68.23 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence continuing N 710 59' 07" E, 838.18
feet to the beginning of a curve concave northerly and

said curvej thence Easterly and Northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 180 38' 51" an arc
distance of 520.74 feet; thence S 20 02' 20~ W, 14.57 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave northerly and
having a radius of 1,600 feet, a radial line bearing 5
360 28' 22" E passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Southwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of l8G 27' 29" an arc distance of
515.45 feet; thence S 710 59' 07" W, 838.18 feet: thence
N 180 00' 53" W, 12 feet to the true point of beginning.
said property being the portion of the property acquired for the
realignment of La Palma Avenue through inadvertence and clerical
error as hereinbefore set forth in this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Quitclaim Deed be
delivered to the Office of the City ~ttorney for transmittal
to American Mobilehome Corporation.
