A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2005-00117)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law apart 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); #o wit,
A portion of Burton Street, adjacent to 1400 East Burton Street,
Anaheim, California, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M, or as soon thereaBer as the matter maybe
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on: April 11 , 2006.
