A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2005-00107)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to wit,
A public utility easement recorded in Book 2557, Page 544 of
Official Records, Orange County, California, and a waterline
easement recorded in Book 356, Page 357 of Official
Records, Orange County, California, lying within the boundaries of
Lots 4, 5, and 6 of the Villa Place Addition, as shown in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ali persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a heazing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on:_ April 11 , 2006.
