A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 2000R-128 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSfFICATfONS DESIGNATED AS POLICE SAFETY
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated March 7, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R-128 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolution No. 2000R-128 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
128and which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as
Police Safety.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-128 be amended by changing
the job title of the Detention Facility Manager to Corrections Facility Manager.
2. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-128 be amended by changing
the annual salary for range PR10 to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 2000R-128 shall be the date of adoption by City Council.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R-~28 shall remain in full force and effect.
