dates 'for 'the opening of bids on the fine gradinq of .Anaheim

WHEREAS, said fixed dates 'are in conflict wi.th "the .
completion of the rough gradinq on said golf co'Urse'; and
WHEREAS, it 'is in the be.st. interest.s' of th'e Cirty of
Anaheim to coordinate the 'work contemplated.
