A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A BUS. LOADING ZONE, AT
THE HORTBtlES.'1' CORNER OP ANAHEIM BOULEVARD
AND LINCOLN AVENUE INS.TEAD OF AT ',THE SOUTH-
WEST CORNER.
WHEREAS, .hereto.fore, on the .30th '.day of March,: 1971,
by Resolution No. 71R-122, the City Council did approve and
sUbmit to. the Division of Hi9hways a list 'of bu.s 'zone .locations
on State Hiqhways; and
WHEREAS, included in said list was a location at .the
southwest corner of Anahe.im Boulevard and Lincoln" Avenue ~ and
WHEREAS, the. .City Council finds,' upon investi:9'at.ion
and consult.ati.on wi1:h t.ra'ffic engineers 'and bus. 'li;ne. dispatchers,
that it is in the. best interest of the City t.o change .said loca-
tion from the sout.hwest.. corner t.o the northw'e.s.t 'corner. of Anaheim
Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue.
NOW" THEREPORE" BE IT RESOLVED by the 'City: Council 'of
the. Cit.y of Anaheim that it .authorize and it does her.eby authorize
the .removal of the bus 10adinq zone at the sou'thWe.s't 'corner of
Anaheim Boulevard and Lincoln. Avenue and the '.es~tabli'slmient of
said zone at: the northwe.s.t corner of said inte'rse'ction.
BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that a certif'ied copy of thi.s
Resolution be forwarded to the appropriate. 'office of the 'Division
of Highways of the State of Cali'fornia, informing it 'of sa'id
change of location.
