RE.SOLUTION NO. 71R-3'S'1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHE'IM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE' AMEND-
ED AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN
ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiss'i'on of the. City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearin9 in Reclass'ifica,t.ion proceed-
ings No. 70-71-63 to consider an amendment to' Title' 18 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code relat.ing t.o zoning, and to consider
a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter men-
t.ioned and described, and at said hearinq did receive evidence
and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff;
and
WHEREAS I wi thin a period of forty days. followi.ng said
he.aring, the Planning Commiss'ion did duly adopt a resolut.i"on
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the, evidence
present.ed at said hearing, and a recommendation that the. proposed
amendment be adopted by the City Council and that a certain zone
or zones be changed as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the '3rd day of

as t 'e t~e, and ~City Council Chambers "1D the City Hall of
the Ci t.y of Anahe.im as the place for a public hearing upon said
proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code,
and the exclusion of said property, hereinafter described, from
the zone or zones in which it is now situated and the incorpora-
t.ion thereof in the zone or zones hereinaft.e.r set forth, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and form provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such .public hear-
in9 and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard, and did receive evidence and report.s, and did
the.reupon consider the summary of evidence presented at said
publ,ic he.aring before the Planning Conuniss"ion, its report of
findings and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and det~ine
that the amendment to Ti.tle 18 of the Anahe.im Municipal Code
should be adopted and th'at the property hereinafte.r described
should be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now
si.tuated and incorporated in the zone or zones' as 'hereinafter
set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci.ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the. following des-
cribed property, situated in the County of Ora~ge, State of
California, to wit:
