A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVI.NG THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT .BETWEEN THE CITY OF. ANAHEIM
AND TALLMANTZ. AVIATI.ON, INC.. DATED. JULY 27,
1971, AND AUTHO,R:IZ ING THE. MAYOR AND. CITY CLERK .
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, City has two Hughes -Heli'copters. used in con-
nection witn their Police and Law Enforcement Facilities, said
he.li'copters bearing Numbers N-9606F and N-9607F,' res'pective1y,
and having Serial Numb-era 000.9. and 00.10 I respectively.; and
WHE.REAS, City is desirous to have. said aircraft s'erviced,
maintained and inspected in accordance with FAA regulations and
requirement.s.; and
WHEREAS, Tal~antz is equipped to perfo~ the services
as set forth in 'this aqreement and is des:irous. .to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE .IT RESOLVED. by the City- Council of
the City of Anaheim that .the terms -and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and TCillmantz' Aviati'on, Ine. dated
July 27, 1971, providing for the maintenance of two helicopters
numbered N-9606F and N-9607F are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th.at 1:h.e Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Ci,t:y
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved-- and signed by me
