A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING EXTENS.ION OF THE 1'ERMIT OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO OPERATE THE CRILL BASIN.
WHEREAS, on or about August 15, 1968, the Orange County
Water District granted to the city of Anaheim a permit and right
and privilege to use the Crill prop~rty, commonly known as the
Crill Basin, for public recreational facilities under the te~s
and conditions set forth in said permit; and
WHEREAS, the term of said .permit expires on the 15th day
of August, 19711 and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has duly' notified the
Oranqe County Water District of its desire to renew said permit
for one of its two successive additional three-year te~s; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Water District has submitted
to the City an extension of said permit dated the 21st day of
July, 1971, upon the same terms and conditions as the prior
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does dete~ine and find it
to be in the best interests of the City to extend said permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and Cit:y Cl~rk be and they
are hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim to
execute that certain extension of pe~it of the Ci~y of Anaheim
to operate said Crill Basin effective the 15th. day' of August,
1971, and to terminate unless extended on the 14th day of
August, 1974, subject to the prior rights and interests of the
Orange County Water District, and to the covenants, conditions
and restrictions set forth in said aqreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of August , 1971.
