RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-361
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ROAD EASE~mNT AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF BY THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK (CERRITOS AVENUE CROSSING OF
EDISON EASEMENT).
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company has
tendered to the City its road easement across its transmission
line for the improvement of Cerritos Avenue east of State College
Boulevard; and
~mEREAS, condi tions under which sa'id easement is drawn
are fair and reasonable and in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci~y Council of
the. City of Anaheim that it accept and it does he.reby accept
that certain road easement tendered by the South~rn California
Edison Company being designated as Serial No. 430l6A covering
an easement for public road and highway purposes over and across
Barre-Villa Park transmission line at Cerritos Avenue east of
State College Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Anaheim formal acceptance of said easement
subject to all of the terms, covenants and conditions therein
contained.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ci.ty Engineer be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim acceptance of the Southern California
Edison Company letter dated February 10, 1971.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of August, 1971.
