A RESOLU'l'ION OF THE CITY COtJRCIL OF i'HE. CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO..
10'8, EXHIBIT "D.", MODIFIED.
WHEREAS, on June 28, 1971, the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim did. hold- a publi'c hearing to. consider
Area Development Plan No. 108 encompassinq an area more particularly
hereinafter described and at said hearing did receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein and from its staff, and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the. Planning COJIIIIlission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findinqs of fact and declare its opinions
and reasons for recommending approval of Area D.evelopment 'Plan
No. 108, Exhibit liD" Modified: and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said recommendation, summary
of evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 3rd day of
August, 1971, as the time and the City Council Chamber. in the
City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing
upon said Area Development Plan No. 108; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place .fixed for said public
hearing, the 'City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give. all persons interested therein an opportunity to
be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider the summary of evidence presented at said publi'c hearing
before the Planning Commission, its report of findings and
recommendations: and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and dete~ine that.
Area Development Plan No. 108, Exhibit liD", Mod'ified, sh'ould be
approved as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by' the City Council of
the City of Anaheim .that Area Development Plan No. 10-8, Exhibit
UD", Modified, encompassing the following described area in the
City of Anaheim, County of orange, State of California:
An area generally bounded by Kraemer Boulevard on the
East, La Palma Avenue on the north, and the Riverside
Freeway on the south
be, and the same is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by. me
this 3rd day of August, 19-71.
