A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COON.CIL OF THE CITY
OP ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT. PLAN NO.
45, EXHIBIT nAil.
WHEREAS, the 'City Planning COJDDlission of the "City of
Anaheim did ho.ld' a pub1ic hearing' to' consider Area: Development:
Plan No. 4S encompass'ing an area more parti.cul'arly' herein'after
des.cribed, and at said he.aring did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein and from its' 'st'aff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days. following
the hearing- thereon, the City Planning CoiDmiss'i'on did duly
announce a formal 'resolution, its findings of facts 'and declare
its opinions and reasons for recommending approval of Area
Development Plan No. 45, Exhibit "AII; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said' resolution, summary. of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the. City
Planning Conanissi'on, the City Council did fix the 3rd day' of
August.,' 19'71, as 'the t.ime, and the. 'City' Council Chaiaber in the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hear-
ing upon said Area Development Plan No. 45; and
WHEREAS, at the. time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct. such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and report.s' 'and did there-
upon consider the summary of evidence presented 3t 'said pUblic
hearing before the Planning Commiss'ion, its. report of findin9s
and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the Ci.ty Co.uncil does find and det.ermine
that: Area Development: Plan No. 45., Exhibit "All should be approved
as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the 'Ci t.y Council of
the City of Anaheim t.hat Area Development Plan No. 45, Exhibit
"A", encompassing the. following described area in 1:he. 'City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
An area generally bounded by Sunkist Street,' Waqner
St.reet., the proposed Orange Freeway, and Ball Road
be and the same is hereby approved.
