A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE. VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF PORTIONS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DES.CRIBED HEllEIN AND RESERVING THEREFROM A
CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim did
on the 13th day of July, 1971, declare by Resolution No. 7lR-308
its intention to vacate and abandon portions of certain property
indicating its intention to reserve a certain public utili~y
easement therefrom, and did set the 3rd day of August, 19.71,
for a public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 3rd day of August, 19'71, at 1:.30
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the
City of. Anaheim, said public he.aring was held.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence
submitted at said public hearing that portions of the real
property described herein and in said Resolution of Intention are
unnecessary for present or prospective roadway and alley purposes
but that a certain public utility easement should be reserved
therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
l. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given. and publica-
tions made as required by law.
2. That those portions of the real property toward which
a request for vacation and abandonment was directed
are not necessary for present or prospective roadway
and alley purposes and does hereby order that said
portions, as herein set forth, be and they are hereby
vacated, abandoned and closed to publ-ic use.
3. That said portions of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use are
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and are more particulary .
described as follows, to wit:
That portion of roadway common1y known as Citrus View
Drive located in the city of Anahe~, County of Orange,
state of California, to be abandoned, described as
follows:
That portion of Citrus View Drive, 40 feet wide, lying
within the east 20 feet of Lot 6 and the west 20 feet
of Lot 7 of Tract No. 5083, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 200, pages 37 through 39, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
Reserving therefrom an easement for public utility
purposes including but not limited to sanitary sewer
lines over, under and across the entire parcel above
described excepting therefrom the east 10 feet of the
west 20 feet of the north 100 feet of said Lot 7.

4. That the City Council finds that an easement should
be reserved for public utility purposes as herein-
above described.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED t.hat the City Clerk be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anahetmf to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of August, 1971.
