A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACHMENT PERMIT
WITH EDWIN E. HEACOCK AND RUTH B. HEACOCK.
WHEREAS, Edwin E. Heacock and Ruth B. Heacock, husband
and wife, are the owners of property in the City of Anaheim over
whi.ch the City owns an easement for highway purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Heacock's wish to use a portion of said
easement for parking and landscaping purposes; and
WHEREAS, unless the Heacock's are allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will
be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for parking and land-
scaping purposes across a portion of the easement of city will not
interfere with the present use of the easement by the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council 'of
the City of Anahe~ that the te~s and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Edwin E. Heacock and
Ruth B. Heacock dated July 27, 1971 be, and the same are hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and city Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said license agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
