lIIEREAS, the City of Anahe~ operates a public utility
capable of furnishing maintenance and energy for street lights;
and
iHEREAS, the Street Lighting Act of 1931 authorizes the
City Council to direct the Superintendent of Streets to issue an
interdepartmental work order for the maintenance of the street
lighting system.
NOW, THEBEFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Superintendent of Streets is hereby
directed to issue an interdepartmental work order for the maintenance
of Street Lighting Maintenance District 1965-3-B for each year during
the existence of the Maintenance District.
