A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
GREEN FEES TO BE CHARGED AT THE DAD
MILLER GOLF COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM
HILLS GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find and determine
that the schedule of rates for golf at Dad Miller Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills
Golf Course should be amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and declares that adoption of
this fee schedule is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality
Act pursuant to Section 21080 (b) (8) of the Public Resources Code and California
Code of Regulations Section 15273 in that the fees and rates are established to meet
operating expenses, including employee wage rates and fringe benefits; purchasing
or leasing supplies, equipment or materials; and meeting financial reserve needs and
requirements; and
WHEREAS, Anaheim Hills Golf Course and Dad Miller Golf Course are using
a Dynamic Pricing strategy for all Public and Player's Club Membership green fees.
Dynamic Pricing uses automatic pricing changes that respond in real time to supply and
demand. Floor and ceiling prices are defined for each green fee category. Senior rates are
currently fixed with a change to Dynamic Pricing strategy proposed starting thirty (30) days
following adoption of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the following fees have been considered at a duly noticed public
hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the schedule of rates for green fees at Dad Miller Golf Course and the
Anaheim Hills Golf Course be, and the same are hereby revised, effective thirty (30)
days following adoption of this Resolution, as follows:

11. SPECIAL REDUCED RATES
Local high school and college: appropriate fees, times, number, rules and regulations
continue to be set by letter of agreement between the Golf Manager and individual
schools or by contract with school districts, as availability allows.
12. SPECTATOR FEE
Respective cart fee at that time will be charged to customers riding along with a
player without themselves playing.
13. RATE ADJUSTMENTS
Green fees may be discounted up to 25% for promotional purposes and increased up to
13% to react to demand and maximize revenues. Rate adjustments will require
authorization by the Director of Community Services.
14. LIFETIME GOLF PASS POLICY
City Manager may grant lifetime golf passes to individuals recognizing service to the
City including Mayors, City Council Members, former Elected Officials and Executive
Managers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that current pricing shall remain in full
force and effect through thirty (30) days following date of adoption of this Resolution, at
which time any other resolution in conflict herewith will be superseded by this Resolution
and will be of no further force and effect.

Council of the City of Anaheim this 2 7.th day of June 2023, by the
