A RESOLtrrION OF 1'HE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DIBECTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF SftEETS TO ISSUE AN
INTERDEPARDtENTAL WRK ORDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF mE
STREET LIGHTING S~TEM OF STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE
DIS%RICT 1965-2-1.
iHEREAS, the City of Anahefm operates a public utility
capable of furnishing maintenance and energy for street lights;
and
WHEREAS, the Street Lighting Act of 1931 authorizes the
City Council to direct the Superintendent of Streets to issue and
interdepartmental work order for the maintenance of the street
lighting system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Superintendent of Streets is hereby
directed to issue an interdepartmental work order for the maintenance
of Street Lighting Maintenance District 1965-2-B for each year during
the existence of the Maintenance District.
rHE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
13th day of July 1911.
