A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZII-lG THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE TWO AGREEJlmNTS FOR THE EMPLOY"~
MENT OF ROSS DAVIS, AN' It-lDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS I the Parks and Recreation Department of the
City of Anaheim is in need of the services of a Host and a
Community Band Director; and
WHEREAS, Ross Davis, an individual, is qualified to
perform the services of Host and Community Band Director.
NOW r THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the. City Clerk be" and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute .agreements
for the temporary employment of Ross Davis 'as Host and Community
Band Director according to the terms and conditions of said
agreements dated July 2, 1971.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of July, 1971.
