A RES.OLUTION OF THE CITY COUN.eIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENT.rON
TO VACATE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND. FIX-
ING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City: of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the .Street Vacation
Act of 1941 in connection with a reques.t for. vacation and aban-
donment of ce.rtain real property h.ereinafter. des'cribed with .the
City retaininq and reserving a cer.tain easement for public uti.l-
ity purposes. therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED by. the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that .it hereby declares its intention to.
vacate, abandon and close to public use porti.ons. 'of roadways,
alleys and easements as they may relate to the follow1ng described
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, and
State of California, to wi.t:
That portion of roadway commonly known as Ci.trus View
Dri ve located in the Ci.ty of Anaheim, County of 'Orange,
State of California, to be abandoned, des.cribed as
follows:
That porti.on of Cit.rus View Drive, 40 feet wi-de,' lying
within the east 20 feet of Lot 6 and the west 20. .feet
of Lot 7 of Tract No. 5083, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 20.0, pages 37 through 39, Miscellaneous Maps i
records of said Orange County.
Reserving therefrom an easement for public utility'
purposes including but not limited to sanitary sewer
lines over, under and across the .entire parcel. above
described excepting the.refrom the east 10 fee.t of th.e
west 20 feet of the north '100 feet of said Lot 7.
and it elects to proceed under the. provisions of the Stree.t Vaca-
tion Act of 1941.

BE l.T FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council her.eby
declares .that it intends to reserve a certain easement for public
utility purposes in connection wi.th. the requested vacation and
abandonment, details of which .are on file in tne Office of the
City Clerk for further particulars.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .a time and place for hear-
ing all persons interested. in or obj.ecting to. the proposed vaca-
tion and abandonment has been fixed on the 3rd day .of August
1971, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall in the City of Anahe.im.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th.at the City Clerk shall
certi.fy to the passage .of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of. general circulation, printed, published
and c~culated in said City of Ananeim.
