RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 299
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZI'NG THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE. CITY OF ANAHEIM AND MIKE .TAUSIG, AN IND.I-
VIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahe.im desires. .to. secure :the
services of an orchestra director having as hi.s primary' duty the
directi,on of the Choral Festival Orches.tra for the Anaheim Parks
and Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, MIKE TAUSIG, an individual, is capable of
rendering suan services and desires to be employed for such
purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it would be in the best interests of the City to accept said
aqreemen t .
NOW, THE.REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci.ty' Co.uncil of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions 'of said agree-
ment be, and they are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of Jun~ , 1971.
