A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2006-19 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on February 14, 200fi, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
adopted Resolution No. 2006-19 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between
the Anaheim Police Association; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the Letter of Understanding
dated April 5, 2001 amending Article 60, Post Retirement Medical Benefits was not incorporated
into the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 200fi-19 nunc pro tunc to reflect the true intent of the
`~ City Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the attached Article 60, Post Retirement Medical Benefits, is hereby substituted
in place and stead of the original Article 60 to Resolution No. 2006-19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
2006-19 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 28~' day of March, 2006, by the following roll call vote:
