A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Al~AHEn~ FINDING AND DETEm1INING THAT NO
PROTESTS, EITHER WRITTEN O!{ ORAL, WERE MADE
IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE. IMPROVm{ENTS CON-
TEMPLATED TO BE MADE BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
UNDER THE STREET LIGHTI!'lG ACT OF 1931-"'-STREET
LIGHTING ASSESSMErl'r DISTRICT 1965--3M"B.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 25, 1971, adopt
Resolution No. 7lR-226 setting the 29th day of June, 1971, at
the hour of 1=30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and place when
and where any and all persons having any objections to the pro'"
posed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1965-..3-B, might appear and show cause why the proposed improve--
ments should not be carried out: and
WriEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the 29th
day of June l 1971 i- and
t~mREASt no protests, either written or oral, were
made in the proceedings for the improvements contemplated~
NOW: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that no pro-
tests, ei ther wri tten or oral, were made at said he.aring held on
June 29; 1971: in the proceedings for certain contemplated
improvements to be made by the City under the Street Lighting
Act of 1931; in Street Lighting Assessment District 1965-3~B.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of June, 1971.
