~~EREAS, the City Council did on May 25, 1971, adopt
Resolution No. 71Rft..225 setting L~e 29th day of June, 1971, at
the hour of 1;30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamgers of the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and place when
and where any and all persons having any objections to the pro-
posed improvements to be .made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1965-2-B, ndght appear and show cause why the propose.d improve~-
menta should not be carried out; and
~1HEREAS, said hearing on protests was he.ld on the 29th
day of June, 1971; and
miEP~AS, no protests, either written or oralr were
made in the proceedings for the improvements contemplated.
NOW 1 THEREFORE, BE rrll RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that no pro-
tests~ either written or oral; were made at said hearing held on
June 29; 1971, in the proceedings for certain contemplated
improvements to be made by the City under the Street Lighting
Act of 1931; in Street Lighting Assessment District 1965-2-B.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of June f 1971.
