intends . to. exercise the privi.lege grant.ed under said Variance
No. 2230 .and that Variance No. 2258, .encompassing tne same
proper.ty, vas appr.oved by the. City Planning ~omiaissi'.on by.
Resolution No. PC71-97; and
WHEREAS, th.e City Council concurs 'in th.e act.ion taken
by the Planning CODIIliss'ion in terminating Vari.ance 'No.. 22-30 .on
the basis of the findings made by. the 'Plannin9 Commiss'ion.
NOW, THEREP.ORE, BE IT RES.OLVED. by the .Cir'ty Council 'o.f
the City of Anahe1m that Variance No. 2230 be .terminated and all
proceedinCjs and resolu'ti.ons be null and void.
