A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Al~AHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN" REAL PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, th.e City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on the 1st day of June, 1971, declare by Resolution No. 71R-23l
its intention to vacate and abandon that certain real property
described herein and did set the 22nd day of June, 1971 for a
public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 22.nd day of JWle, 1971, at 1:30
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City
of Anaheim, said public hearing was held; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence sub-
mitted at said public hearing that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'r RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
2. That that portion of the real property toward which
a request for vacation and abandonment was directed
is not necessary for present or prospective public
utility purposes and does hereby order that said
portion, as herein set forth, be and it is hereby
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use.
3. That said public utility easement herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and is more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
That certain public utility easement located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as said easement is described in the deed recorded in
Book 2159, page 399, Official Records of said county,
to be abandoned, described as an easement for either
or oath pole lines, conduits and incidental purposes
lying within one foot of the following described line:

Beginning at a point in the north line of the west
72.775 feet of the east 362.775 feet of the west 6
acres of the north 10 acres of the east 13 acres of
tne north 18 acres of the east 30 acres, distant 12.5
feet easterly measured thereon from the west line
thereof; thence southerly parallel with said west line
230 feet.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy

the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange COWlty, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of June, 1971.
