RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 267
A RESOLUTION OF l'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO
INCREASE THE ALLOCATION WITHIN THE ARTERIAL
HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF ~1~IS ST~ET U~IDiRPASS, A.H.F.P. NO. 509.
wll~MA8, the C:1.i:i of ~~llahe1.m desires to construct the
Lewis Street Underpass; and
WHEREAS, Lewis Street is an important artery in the
County of Orange and of general County interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an additional
allocation of County Arterial Highway Funds in the amount of
$177,000 is necessary to proceed with said project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City o~ Anaheim hereby requests the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Orange to increase the allocation to said City
from County Funds by the amount of $177,000; said amount to be
matched by funds from said City, to be use~ to aid said City
in the construction of the Lewis Street Underpass.
