A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY
OF ANAHE~1 GRANTING A HOUSEMOVING PERMIT TO
ALEX. BARRETA TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE AND.
GARAGE FROM 5441 SUMMERDALE, LYNWO.OD, CALIFOR-
NIA I TO. 915 EAST SANTA ANA STREE.T ,'. ANAHE.IM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Alex Barreta, having filed. a wr.itten applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a dwelling hOuse 'and
garage fram 5441 Summerdale, Lynwood, California, to 915 East
Santa Ana Street, AnaheL"tl, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 15th day of June, 1971, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M., and notice of tne. time and place fixed for said public
he.aring h.aving been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property. upon which it
is proposed to move said dwelling house and garage. at least ten
days prior to the date fixed for said he.aring, as the 'names of
such owners appe.ared upon the last available 'tax ass'es.sment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and tne City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, togetner with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,. does
find that said permit should be. granted subject to the. 'following
conditions:
1. That payment of the applicable park .and recreation
fee be made to th.e City of Anaheim.
2. That the structure of the ouse be brought up to
the rrlnimum square footage of 1,225 square 'feet as
required by the Anahe.im Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES.OLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Alex Barreta for
a house moving pe~it to move a dwelling house and. garage 'from
5441 Summerdale, Lynwood, California, to 915 East Santa Ana
Street, Anaheim, California, be and the same is he.reby granted
subject to the conditions hereinbefore set forth.,. and subject
further to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapte.r 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving
of buildings from a point outside the City of Ananeim onto a lot
within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by. me
