A RESOLUTI.ON OF THE CI.TY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSEMOVING .PERMIT TO.
EARL CHESSMAN AND JEAN PLETTINCK. TO MOVE- A
DWELLING. HOUS.E FROM 3630 .WESTMINI.STER, SANTA
ANA, CALIFORN.IA, TO 402 SOUTH OHIO STREET,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA .
WHEREAS, Earl Che.s.sman and Jean Plettinck,. having filed
a written application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house from 3630 Westminister, Santa Ana, California, to 402 South
Ohi.o stree.t, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 15th day of June, 1971, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
he.aring having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three 'hundred fee.t from the property. upon which it
is propose'd t.o move said dwelling house at least ten day's prior
to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of all such
owners appeared upon the last available tax ass'essment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having be.en duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together wi.th all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith,'. does find that
said permit should be granted subject to payment of the applicable
park and recreation fee to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Earl Chessman and
Jean Plettinck for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house from 3630 Wes'tm.inister, Santa Ana, California, 'to. 402 South
Ohio street, Anaheim, California, be and the same is her.eby'
granted subject to the. condition hereinbe.fore .set forth, and
subject further to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
