SA 2020/09/15SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 The Successor Agency to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting of September 15, 2020 was called to order at 5:37 P.M. telephonically, pursuant to Brown Act related provisions of Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-29-20 (superseding the related provisions of Executive Order N-25-20) in response to COVID-19, in joint session with the Anaheim City Council and Anaheim Housing Authority. The meeting notice, agenda, and related materials were duly posted on September 10, 2020. PRESENT: Chairman Harry Sidhu and Agency Members Stephen Faessel, Denise Barnes, Jordan Brandman, Jose F. Moreno, Lucille Kring, and Trevor O'Neil (all via teleconference). STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Jim Vanderpool, City Attorney Robert Fabela, and Secretary Theresa Bass. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None PUBLIC COMMENTS: No electronically submitted public comments related to the Successor Agency agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:39 P.M., Agency Member Kring moved to approve the consent calendar as presented, in accordance with reports, certifications, and recommendations furnished each agency member and as listed on the consent calendar, seconded by Agency Member Faessel. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES — 7 (Chairman Sidhu and Agency Members Faessel, Barnes, Brandman, Moreno, Kring, and O'Neil); NOES — 0. Motion carried. AGR- 1. Approve a Fourth Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech 8479.4 BAS, Inc., increasing the maximum compensation from $1,500,000 to $5,800,000, for routine and non -routine operations, monitoring and maintenance of the Sparks -Rains and Anderson Pit Landfills; increase the Community & Economic Development Fiscal Year 2020-2021 budget by $4,300,000; and authorize the Executive Director of the Successor Agency to execute and administer the amended agreement.
