An easement for road and public utility purposes over,'under
and across the Southerly 42 feet of ~he following described
property: .
Beginning at a point in the quarter section line running North
and South through the center of Section.26, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Caj on de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,. page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, 'Wh1Ch said point is distant
South, measured ~long said quarter section line, 967.99 feet
from the North quarter section corner of said Section 261 and
running thence from said point of beginning, North 880 4 I 15"
West 117.70 feet to an intersection with the Easterly line of
the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad; thence South-
easterly along said right of ~ay line to an intersecti~n with the
South line of the Northeast ~~ter of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 26; thence Easterly along said South 1ine.to the
Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 26; thence North along the quarter sec-
tion line to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
own~r or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
