RESOLUTION NO. 66R-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City in accordance with a
certain letter agreement entered into between said owners
and the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is tor the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SHINICHI ITO, a single
man and CHlYEKO lTC, a single woman, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for an easement for road and public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 30 feet of the Southerly 60 feet
(as measured at right angles from the centerline of Katella
Avenue) of the following described parcel of land:
The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10.West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the West one (1) acre.
Also excepting therefrom the West 240 feet of that portion
lying easterly of the East line of said West one (1) acre.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of Januarv , 19 66 .
