A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING TTS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2006-00126)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to wit,
The northerly 4' of that 10' public utility easement dedicated and
delineated on Lot 139 of Tract No. 2201 in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, generally known as 2238 West
Falmouth Avenue, as shown in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on: May 16 , 2006.
