A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIDNG THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TO ENTER INTO AN AGREF.MF?NT POR
CONTRACT NO. C207280 WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA FOR THE PER CAPITA GRANT
PROGRAM UNDER THE SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD
PARKS, CLEAN WATER, CLEAN AIlt, AND COASTAL
PROTECTION BOND ACT OF 2002.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to enter into an Amended Contract with the
State of California to increase the City of Anaheim's Per Capita Grant Fund allocation from $1,472,000
to $2,072,900 to reflect the pass through of $600,900 from the County of Orange; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ciry Council of the Ciry of
Anaheim hereby:
Approves the Amendment to Contract No. C207280 with the State of California
under the Per Capita Program under the. California Safe Neighborhood Parks,
Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002; and
2. Authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute the Amendment on behalf
of the Ciry of Anaheim Ciry Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Ciry Council
of the Ciry of Anaheim this 9th Day of May , 2006, by the following roll
call vote:
