ORDINANCE NO. 929
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ARTICLE VIII, CHAPTER 1-A, SECTION 8100.52
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
STREET SET -BACK LINES ON LINCOLN AND CENTER
STREETS, FROM WEST STREET TO ILLINOIS STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLO'dS:
SECTION 1.
That Article VIII, Chapter 1-A, Section 6_100.52 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
in part as follows:
SECTION 81OO.52. STREET SET-B CKS: That portion of
said Article VIII, Chapter 1-A. Section 8100.52, read-
ing as follows:
"STREET SET-BiiCKS: State Highways, including
North and South Los Angeles Street, East and
West Center Street between Lincoln Avenue and
Anaheim -Olive Road, Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim -
Olive Road, Manchester Avenue, Placentia Avenue,
Orangethorpe Avenue and South Spadra Road (U.S.
Hihwar 101), the set -backs along those streets
shall conform to the set -backs already established
by the State of California, Division of Highways."
shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as fol-
lows:
"STREET SET -BACK LINES: State Highways, includ-
ing North and South Los Angeles Street, East and
West Center Street between Lincoln Avenue and
Anaheim -Olive Road, Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim. -Olive
Road, Manchester Avenue, Placentia Avenue, Orange-
thorpe Avenue and South Spadra Road (U. S. Highway
101), the set -back lines along those streets shall
conform to the set -backs already established by
the State of California, Division of Highways,
EXCEPT that on the North side of Lincoln Avenue
and Center Street between �dest Street and Illinois
Street, in the City of Anaheim, there shall be, in
addition to the set -back line provided by the
Division of Hi Zhways of the State of California,
an additional set -back of six (6) feet."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall 'cake effect and be in full force.
