THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANeJM II I DGAS ORDAIN AS FOLLOOS :
ti&&234S, the City Planning Commission of the City of tinaheim did
heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring its intention to change
the boundariesof the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described and
did fix a time and place for the holding of public hearinE.,s thereon ir, the
manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Munici-pal
Code and did duly hold and conduct two public hearings to consider such pro-
posed change of zone or zones and did receive evidence and reports from per-
sons interested therein and did recommend a change or changes of zones as set
forth in Resolution(s) ivo(s). 12 -- Series 19�4--55 of the City
Planning Commission; and
0122;AS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 24th day of , AuE, st ____—,
19_14 as the time, and the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed chance or
changes of zone and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and

City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons
interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and
reports and did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission and did thereupon adopt Resolution (s) No(s). 2512
finding and determining that a change or, changes of zone should be made as set
forth in said resolution(s).
NOW, TH OREFORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF jiNAHE II.1 DONS ORDA Ii1
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOiv 1.
That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code "establish-
ing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating the use of land,
height of buildings and yard spaces; adopting a map showing the boundaries of
said zone; defining the terms used in said Article and Cha+riter; providing for
amendment and enforcement thereof; prescribing; penalties for violation and re-
pealing all sections or parts of section in conflict therewith" be, and the
same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in
said Article IX, Chapter 2 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing
such change or changes as follows:
1. That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Grange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
Those properties within the triangle bounded by
Euclid Avenue on the West, Lincoln Avenue on the
South and Manchester Avenue on the North,
presently zoned R-A,
be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to and in-
corporated in M-1, LIGHT MANUFACTURING ZONE, with a P-L, PARKING -
ME
L1:VDSCAPING ZONE sixty (60) feet deep along Lincoln Avenue.

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above .set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zonin` Map and inserted in the Anaheim
Municipal Code showing the changes hereby approved and. adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a. newspaper of--eneral circulation printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passa,-e it shall take effect and be _n full force.
