AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHE5IM AMEND-
ING ARTICLE V, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM
MTNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
THERETO TO BE NUMBERED 5210.7.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA.HEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Article V, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto a
new section to be numbered 5210.7. reading as follows:
"SECTION 5210.7.
"For the collection, removal and disposal of rubbish
and/or waste materials from corimercial establishments
within the City of Anaheim the following charges
shall be made for the following services:
"CLASS I. Daily collection for 50 gallons or
less of rubbish and/or waste ma-
terial . . . . . . . . . � 3.00 per month.
"CLASS II. Daily collection for each addi-
tional 50 gallons of rubbish and/or
waste material 1� 3.00 per month.
"CLASS III. Maximum charge for collection under
Classes I and/or II . . 024-00 per month.
"CLASS IV. Special and/or irrerrular collec-
tion of rubbish and%or waste
material . . . . . . . . 5.00 per cu. yd.tt
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed and published
once in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim,
and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall
take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is signed and approved by me
